Almond Granola

اللوز الجرانولا

As simply delicious as it sounds try it at your home.

 

مكونات

  • Sliced almonds 1 و 1/2 cups
  • Sunflower seeds 3/4 كوب
  • Pumpkin seeds – hulled 3/4 كوب
  • Sesame seeds 3/4 كوب
  • Reduced fat coconut shreds 1 و 1/2 cups dried and unsweetened
  • قرفة 1 Tsp or to taste
  • ملح 1/4 Tsp
  • Liquid stevia equal to 1/2 cup sugar
  • زيت جوز الهند 4 Tbsp
  • ماء 1/2 كوب
  • Vanilla extract 1 Tsp

Direction

 

  1. Combine nuts, seeds and coconut in a big bowl. Mix in the salt and cinnamon.
  2. Add in the oil and mix it until the nuts are completely coated.
  3. Stir the vanilla, water and stevia and mix it carefully.
  4. Transfer to pan and bake for 30 الدقائق. Remove pan and stir thoroughly, to even out the baking process.
  5. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a large baking pan with foil.
  6. Pour into pan and bake for 30-32 الدقائق. Then remove pan and stir thoroughly to level out the baking process.
  7. Go back to oven and bake it for another 30 minutes or until dry and lightly browned.
  8. Take out from oven and adjust seasoning while granola is still warm.

Cool it and store in a sealed bowl.
