A man was walking around an elephant camp, he noticed that the elephant were not being kept in cages or associated by the use of chains. They were tied with one leg by the small piece of rope.
He looked at the sized of elephant. He was utterly puzzled as to why the elephant did not use their strength to break the rope and break out from the camp. Elephant can easily do this, but why they don’t try at all, curious and wanting to know the answer.
Then he asked a trainer nearby. Why the elephant were standing there and never tried or want to escape.
The instructor answer back; when they are very little and much smaller we use the same size chain to tie them and, at the age it’s sufficient to grip them. As they became mature, they believed that they cannot run away. They consider that the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free.
So as we see the only reason that the elephant were not breaking and escaping from the camp because on that time they accepted the belief that was not possible.
So its shows, you can do a thing only if you have the belief that it can be done. To succeed, we must first believe that we can. Believe it that you can do it and you will be half way there.
