Dumplings are easy to make and are the richest and fluffiest!

配料

  • All-purpose flour 2 cup
  • Baking powder 1 汤匙
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Butter 3 汤匙
  • 牛奶 1 cup

Direction

  1. In a bowl mix the flour, salt and baking powder.
  2. Get to just a simmer in a small saucepan the butter and milk.
  3. Stir the milk mixture to the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix with a fork by hand 2 至 3 times until the mixture just comes organized.
  5. Division the dough into about 14 small puffy dumplings.
  6. Roll each piece of dough into a small rough ball.
  7. Softly place the formed dumplings on the surface of your soup.
  8. Cover and cook for 10 分钟.
